Joyce has over 20 years of dedicated experience in a number of roles within the HR field. Prior to joining Ports America, Joyce served in various HR consulting roles and previously spent over 12 years working in Human Resources for A.P. Moller-Maersk, including as the Regional Chief Human Resources Officer for their Supply Chain/Logistics division in North and South America.
Joyce is a key driver in enhancing the Ports America employee experience by increasing the strategy, impact, and value of the HR department’s capabilities. Some of her priorities focus on developing stronger partnerships with business leaders and site operations and serving as a strategic advisor on all people-related issues.
Joyce received her BA in business management and MBA in HR management from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. Joyce’s passion for positively impacting people’s lives extends beyond her corporate responsibilities. She is a proud volunteer with the Dress for Success Program which provides support for unemployed and underemployed women in the form of mentorship, career development services, and providing professional attire.
