Among his international accomplishments, he spent 6 years in China leading the development of the fastest growing marine terminal at the time for 3 consecutive years. Establishing his career trajectory within the industry, he earned his Fred is a graduate from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation.
